Welcome to pkvip. This document ("Terms and Conditions") forms a legally binding agreement between you and the pkvip platform. pkvip will not be responsible for any loss resulting from your login details falling into the hands of a third party.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure

pkvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, breach of terms or security concerns.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Transactions on pkvip can currently be made through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same across all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, it may take a little longer.

4.4 Important Rules

• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal may not be possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• pkvip may place a withdrawal on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkvip offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Note that the wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — the original deposit amount is not added.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — please read the details before accepting any offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses apply only to the account of the user who is using the service.
• pkvip reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used for gaming purposes.

pkvip's VIP Program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits are subject to change at pkvip's discretion and are not personally transferable.

In the event of extended inactivity, a user's VIP tier may be reassessed. Contact the support team for more details.

pkvip is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all players. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots or automated systems to play games or place bets
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or rewards
• Colluding with other players to determine outcomes
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or the flow of illegal funds
• Harassing or causing harm to other users

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

pkvip always strives to provide an uninterrupted and reliable service. However, pkvip will not bear any liability in the following situations:

• If a game is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• If loss occurs due to a fault in the user's own device or software

• If the user's account credentials fall into the hands of a third party
